The ideal candidate is career minded, energetic, and an awesome person. You MUST have a burning desire to succeed, are extremely client oriented, highly motivated. You must be able to develop a deep and meaningful rapport with your team, clients, and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You must believe you can be the best at almost everything you do, AND CAN PROVE IT!

Sales Executive responsibilities will include: (required but not limited to the following)

  • Engage with prospective clients, owning the deal process from beginning to end, including sourcing new deals, presenting our services, participating in contract negotiations, maintaining accounts, and further developing client relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with multisite clients throughout the US in the Retail, Banking, Food Industry, High Rise commercial and Industrial sectors.
  • Identify sales opportunities and avenues for strategic company growth
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, targeted research, networking and effective calling of warm and cold leads
  • Collaborate with on our marketing to generate and execute effective campaigns to drive new leads
  • Develop and mentor a team of sales associates throughout the US.

5-10 years sales experience preferred. Prior experience in the facility management space is not required but the desire to learn all there is to know about it is an absolute must.

Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of software (outlook, power point, excel, and publisher). Must also have some experience with Salesforce or similar lead tracking product.

* Appointment setting (sales force experience a plus)
* Perform industry research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and avenues for strategic company growth.

This position will require working with our national clients and local vendors to facilitate repair requests for most trades (handyman, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more). All calls are set up in our data base and must be followed up on to make sure the work is completed in a timely manner to the expectations of the client and our policies.

  • Possess strong and effective communication, organization and decision making skills
  • Must work well under pressure while handling a diverse work load with attention to detail
  • Must be able to prioritize workload and work independently.
  • Must be energetic and show enthusiasm.
  • Candidate must be able to work as a team player with others in the department
  • Knowledge of the mechanical trades and prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and be email savvy.

Project Coordinator Needed!

We are a well-established premier Facility Service Management company who seeks a Project Coordinator in our Special Projects Department to oversee small to mid-sized construction projects for our Nationwide Retail clients.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
  • Creates and executes project work plans and quotes
  • Ensure timely execution and implementation of every aspect of project
  • Monitors and reports on the progress of the project to all appropriate individuals
  • Minimizes company exposure and risk by preemptively identifying project issues
  • Formulate and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
  • Manage project budget and ensure profitability

Job Requirements:

  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, & communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Technically inclined to understand and explain construction project scopes of work
  • Ability to handle several concurrent tasks with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and be email savvy
  • Must be able to function well I a high-intensity, constant changing environment
  • Must be energetic and show enthusiasm
  • Construction and Facilities Management knowledge a plus
