On day 1 outside temperatures were 106 degrees but it didn’t stop the educational seminars and trade show from continuing. The Westin Kierland resort and spa was an excellent choice providing ample meeting rooms, restaurants and social areas.
We had the pleasure of meeting some new prospective clients as well as some old friends and existing clients. Our tabletop exhibit had plenty of literature and sample products available for everyone that stopped by to chat and see what BOSS has to offer. We received lots of good feedback on what retailers are looking for from a national facility manager and we plan to implement a few things this year that will meet and exceed their expectations.
Looking forward to the next annual meeting in Long Beach, California, April 25-27 and hope to see everyone there.
