Position Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team, helping to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and keep internal processes running smoothly. You will identify, qualify, and develop sales leads as Business Development Coordinator. You’ll play a crucial role in our sales pipeline, engaging with potential customers through outbound efforts and nurturing relationships that lead to new revenue opportunities.
This full-time, non-exempt role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys balancing detail-oriented administrative work with dynamic team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Prospect and qualify leads, through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Prepare and track proposals, sales contracts, and customer agreements
- Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and sales performance metrics
- Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team
- Support marketing efforts, including campaign tracking and event logistics
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings between prospects and account executives.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect data.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of business development experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and handle objections.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft 365 software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
