Telecommuting Weekend Part Time Customer Service Representatives
We are a well-established premier Facility Service Management company looking to fill four part-time positions (8 & 12 hour shifts) in our Customer Service Department Call Center.
This position will require working with our national clients and local vendors to facilitate repair requests for most trades (handyman, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more).
All calls are set up in our database and must be followed up on to make sure the work is completed in a timely manner to the expectations of the client and our policies.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong and effective communication, organization and decision-making skills
- Work well under pressure while handling a diverse workload
- Be able to prioritize workload
- Work independently and as a team member, be energetic and show enthusiasm
- *Knowledge of the mechanical trades and prior customer service experience is a plus*
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Internet Explorer
