About Vendor Relations Specialist: BOSS Facility Services, Inc. is the industry’s foremost authority in facility management. Our services include HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, Plumbing, General Repair, Special Projects, Roll outs, Refreshes, Temp spaces and Fixturing. We service locations throughout the continental US as well as Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
Vendor Relations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Requires you to be on site from 9:00am — 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
- Locating, qualifying and recruiting vendors in response to our client needs.
- Establish & maintain a comprehensive database of vendors to meet the departmental goals
- Work closely with the Dispatch team to evaluate such needs daily.
- The Recruiter - Vendor Relations position ensures all vendors maintain all compliance requirements, negotiate competitive rates by trade and region and act on the vendor’s behalf to resolve any account issues.
Vendor Relations Specialist Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree Required
- Vendor Relations: 1 Year Experience Required
- Excellent written / verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel (Microsoft Office), Internet Explore.
- We will train you on our in house CRM software.
- Individual must be highly organized, with the desire and ability to take the initiative and multitask on a fast paced service oriented environment that is focused on growth.
- Warrant a friendly, outgoing, positive and professional manner to communicate with vendors daily
